Charity Mae Morrisey - Obituary

CHARITY MAE MORRISEY, age 91, transitioned this life on February 7, 2025 at the Cape Fear Valley Hospital.  She was born in Turkey, North Carolina and lived there many years before moving to Fayetteville, North Carolina.  She was a very hard working and devout Christian.   Mother Charity was a champion prayer warrior, who would always take the time to speak a word of encouragement to others. She had an infectious smile whiile spreading much joy to others that she would meet.  She is survived by her 8 remaining children, 3 sisters and 3 brothers.  Her parents, the Rev. George and Lucy Boomer both of Turkey,  have preceded her in death.  Her warm personality and kind heart will be missed.
