In Loving Memory

Dolores A. Geha, 76, of Oxford, passed away on May 12, 2025, after a courageous battle with pancreatic cancer. She was the loving wife of Al Geha for 42 wonderful years. Born on July 1, 1948, in Stamford, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Lucente.

Dolores was a beacon of light with her generous, compassionate, comical, courageous, inspiring, and influential spirit. She worked at HomeGoods for 24 years and enjoyed bowling, playing cards, watching game shows, and spending time with loved ones. Celebrated for her unwavering love and care, her battle against breast cancer, and her dedication as a wife, sister, and aunt, Dolores was always ready to help, committed to her family, and brought joy and laughter wherever she went. Her life was a testament to kindness, courage, and genuine love. Her memory will be cherished by all who knew her.

Dolores’s love, strength, and spirit live on in her family. In addition to her husband, Al, she leaves her cherished and dearly loved big brother Michael Lucente and wife Judy (whom she considered a real sister); niece Donna Lucente (who was the daughter she never had) and husband Bernie Pikul; nephews Michael Lucente and wife Lisa, and David Lucente; three great nieces Denise Lucente, Brandy Fleet and husband Rex, and Jocelyn Lucente; a great nephew Michael ‘Mikey’ Lucente and a great-great nephew Landon Fleet.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Anthony “Tony” Lucente.

A true angel, Dolores’s absence will be deeply felt, but her legacy of love, bravery, generosity, and compassion will endure forever.

Services for Dolores will be held at St. Peter's Cemetery in Danbury, CT on Friday, May 23rd at 11:00 a.m.
