Donald Ray Nichols - Obituary

Donald Ray Nichols passed away in Lewis Center OH, peacefully in his sleep at home on March 25th, 2025. Born on April 5th, 1954, he almost made it to his 71st birthday. He is proceeded in death by his parents, Jack & Hilde Nichols, and sister, Theresa Cook. Don lives on in the hearts of his family, wife, Kathy Dixon, daughter, Sarah Nichols, son, Robert Smock, and son-in-law, Travis Closson. Also, his loving family includes brothers, Jerry & Bruce Nichols, & Jerry's wife Pam & Bruce's wife Cindy & nephews, Jay & Andy Nichols & Dan & Josh Cook, & niece, Christina Nichols. He left the world with beauitful music which he created with love and passion his entire life. He will be remembered in each song that he gave us. He has a large circle of friends who will cherish many fond memories of this remarkable human being. In lieu of flowers, donations to The V Foundation in his honor would be appreciated.
