Janice Marie Glozier, lovingly known as “Grandmo,” passed away peacefully on March 6, 2026. She was born on October 2, 1949, in Chicago, Illinois, to her parents, Juliette and Chester Dzien.
Janice shared a beautiful life with her husband, Morris Glozier, whom she lovingly referred to as the love of her life. Together they built a family filled with love and cherished memories.
She was a devoted mother to Dawn Schultz (Greg) and Kristi Perkins. Her role as a grandmother brought her immense joy, and she was deeply loved by her grandchildren: Ashley Nissan (Brandon), Kelsey Wright (Daniel), Sidney Ray, Rebecka Hendrickson (Mitchell), Logan Schultz (Morgan), Dereck McCarty, Alexandra Schultz, and Reese Perkins. She also delighted in being a great-grandmother to Dean, Dallas, Jack, Duke, and Josie.
Janice had a passion for creativity and found great joy in crocheting and cross-stitching. Her hands crafted countless treasures that will continue to be cherished by those who received them. She also enjoyed baking and sharing her delicious creations with family and friends.
Her warmth and kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her. She will be greatly missed but will remain in our hearts forever.
A celebration of Janice’s life will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Wright residence. Please message the family for the address.
