Jorge Gilliland, a beloved father, grandfather, and brother, passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love and dedication. Born in Alabama, Jorge lived a life marked by hard work, service, and an unwavering commitment to his family.
Jorge proudly served his country in the military, demonstrating courage and honor in his duties. His strong work ethic and warm spirit touched the lives of all who knew him, earning him deep respect and admiration.
He is survived by his two sons, who will forever cherish the memories of their loving father, as well as his grandchildren, who brought him immense joy. Jorge is also survived by his sister, who shared in his life’s journey and the love that defined their family.
Jorge’s kindness, generosity, and devotion to those around him will live on in the hearts of his family and friends. He was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to a veterans’ charity in Jorge’s honor.
