Julie M. Smith, 65, of Eau Claire, passed away in Bloomer on August 1, 2025. She was born in Eau Claire to Norman and Fern Spear. Julie was mother of three children: daughter Tanya M. Smith and sons Victor J. Smith and Devin R. Ozowski.
She is survived by her sons, her brothers Russell and Paul Spear, and her beloved cats, Boo and Martian.
A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, September 8, from 12–2pm at Rod & Gun Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Eau Claire County Humane Association (ECCHA).
