King Solomon Huddleston
August 31, 1957 – February 15, 2026
King Solomon Huddleston, 68, passed away on February 15 2026. Born on August 31, 1957, he was a beloved father, brother, and grandfather. King retired from Prairie Farms. King enjoyed fishing and talking on the phone to all his relatives as well as cooking and taking care of his home and lawn.
He was preceded in death by his parents, King Solomon Sr. and Louise V. Huddleston, as well as three of his siblings: Sheila Mimms (d. 2024), Kenneth W. Huddleston (d. 2006), and Dawn R. Huddleston (d. 1998)
King’s legacy lives on through his children:

• Kolby Shane Huddleston
He is survived by his loving siblings:
• Virginia Perry of St. Petersburg, FL
• Ozzie F. Lee of Palmetto, FL
• Sharon P. Huddleston of Ft. Wayne, IN
• Brenda Burkes of Thomasville, GA
• Jewell E. Huddleston of Marianna, FL
King had a life long partner Patricia Thomas and leaves behind the following step-children

•Micheal Hardy
•Torranio Hardy
•Quincy Thomas
•Shahogony Thomas
He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews, as well as many cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren who will miss him dearly.
There will be a memorial burial of close family and friends on February 27th 2026 at Covington Memorial @ 12pm
