Marsha Ann Kelly, born August 28, 1948, passed away on December 10, 2024, after a struggle with Progressive Multifocal Leukoencephalopathy (PML) and John Cunningham (JC) Virus. Marsha was laid to rest at St. John the Evangelist Church in Hydes, MD, on January 4, 2025, following a funeral Mass with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, James Michael Kelly, on December 9, 2022. Marsha is survived by her loving husband Martin T. Kelly, Sr., of Perry Hall, MD, as well as her children Martin Kelly, Jr. (of Falls Church, VA) and Kathleen Kelly Wallace (of Fairfield, CT) and their families.
