It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary Elizabeth Mills (Talbot-Norris) - “Mar-Mar”. 6/21/1964-4/4/2025.
She was 60 years old and died peacefully in her home, in Baltimore City, Maryland. A beloved mother, daughter, sister, & grandmother.
She was the daughter of predeceased Raymond Arthur Mills, former Baltimore City Police Officer, and her mother, Mary Celestine Mills of Pasadena, MD.
Mary is survived by a tremendous amount of immediate family. Her two sons, David Wayne Talbot, & Scott Anthony Talbot.
Brother, Raymond Mills III, Sister, Patricia Sands & husband Craig Sands.
Niece, Brandie Absher and her husband Josh Absher, & their son who was her great Nephew, Cole Absher. Her two Nephews, Christopher & Connor Mills.
(8) Grandchildren, Scotty, Baylee, Colton, Abby, Alayna, Nadia, Little David & Landon. She is also survived by an enormous amount of extended family.
Mary will be remembered for her down to earth soul, vibrant spirit, funny stories, and compassion.
In lieu of flowers, we would love for donations to be made to the Baltimore City Police Department for their continuous hard work and in memory of her father.
