Michael J Karg - Obituary

Michael J. Karg, passed away in his home in May of 2024, in Cedar Creek, Texas. He was born on May 2nd, 1972, in Corpus Christi, Texas. He was 52 years old. Mike was a quiet, funny, smart, and caring son, brother, friend, and father who deeply loved his family. He loved blasting his favourite rock bands while driving in his car. He was uncomplaining and strong in overcoming serious back and spinal problems that troubled him for much of his life. Mike had a lifelong fascination with computers and engineering. He earned his BSEE in Microprocessor System Design, microelectronics/communications/logic circuit design from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. He continued his love of computers in his work as a computer engineer for over 30 years. Mike enjoyed spending time with his family, especially with his brothers. He had a love for vintage cars. Mike is survived by his daughter Emma Karg, brothers, Christopher Karg, Wife Elizabeth, Jonathan Karg, father John Karg, mother Ludivina Karg, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother Steven J. Karg Mike's quiet sense of humour, pride in supporting his family, and love for his family and friends will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His memory will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched. --- Memorial services are currently being arranged by the family.
