Pamela Gondek
In Loving Memory
Pamela Gondek, age 69, passed away on September 16, 2025, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Born on May 8, 1956, Pamela was the beloved daughter of Dale and Ruth Lockwood. She was a devoted wife to Mark Gondek and a cherished mother to Gabrielle (Scott) Zeinert, Scott Gondek, and Brenda Gondek (Mike Kasabuske). She took great joy in being a grandmother to Paul and MacKenzie Zeinert, and Athena and Nathan Gondek-Kasabuske-whom she lovingly called her favorite humans.
Pam was the treasured sister of Gale (Michael) Ryan and a caring aunt to Christopher (Rachel) Staut and Jennifer (Brennen) McCuen. She held her nephew James Staut close in memory.
A passionate gardener, Pamela found serenity among her flowers and awe in every sunrise.
Her baking became a tradition of happiness-especially her intricate Christmas cookies and her signature 12-layer jello dessert. She enjoyed puzzles and never missed an episode of Survivor.
Travel brought Pamela immense happiness. She secretly adored Disney trips- despite playfully denying it-because they brought smiles to her grandchildren's faces, marveling at buffalo herds in South Dakota, soaking up the sun at any beach, always staying for the sunsets, or finally getting to Hawaii, which was her dream. She also loved weekends by the pool at her sister Gale's home.
Pam's heart swelled with pride when watching her grandchildren pursue their passions. She beamed while watching Paul play baseball and felt deep sorrow at missing his high school football games. She could listen endlessly to Mackenzie play piano, always asking for just one more song. She marveled at Athena's dancing and singing talents, often telling her she belonged on Broadway. And with Nathan, whether cheering him on at t-ball or simply cuddling close, pointing to her cheek, and asking for just one more kiss. Pam treasured every minute.
Her friendships were deeply meaningful-especially with dear friends Tracy and Cindy. Above all else, Pam will be remembered for the boundless love she gave so freely-to her family, to life itself, and to her loyal dog Milo. He was not just a pet but a sourceof comfort and companionship; she felt safest with him by her side.
A Celebration of Life will be held on October 4, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at St.
Dominic Church, 18255 W Capitol Dr.
In honor of Pam's immense love for Milo, donations may be made, in her name please, to the Wisconsin Humane Society.
May Pam's memory bring comfort to all who knew and loved her.
