In Loving Memory

Model and Mental Health Advocate

Presley Walker Gerber, a model, photographer and mental health advocate, died on Sunday, September 20, 2026. He was 27 years old.

Presley was the eldest child of supermodel Cindy Crawford and businessman Rande Gerber. He was also the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber. Raised in Malibu, California, Presley grew up with a deep appreciation for the ocean, surfing, skating and photography.

Following in his mother’s footsteps, Presley began modeling as a teenager. He made his runway debut for Moschino at age 16 and later worked with several internationally recognized fashion houses. His career included campaigns and runway appearances for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana and other leading brands.

In 2018, Presley appeared alongside his mother in a Pepsi commercial shown during Super Bowl LII. The commercial honored Cindy Crawford’s celebrated 1992 Pepsi advertisement. That same year, Presley and Kaia appeared together in a Calvin Klein Jeans campaign.

Although Presley came from a well-known family, he developed his own creative identity. Photography became one of the ways he expressed his interest in people, beauty and everyday life. He once explained that he enjoyed stopping to photograph moments others might overlook while focusing only on their destination.

Presley also spoke openly about his personal struggles with addiction and mental health. Rather than hiding those experiences, he used his public platform to encourage more honest conversations. Through his “Mental Health Mondays” social media series, he discussed difficult subjects that many people feel afraid or ashamed to address.

His openness helped remind others that mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of their family, career or circumstances. By speaking candidly, Presley hoped to help people feel less alone and more comfortable seeking support.

Beyond his public career, Presley will be remembered as a beloved son, brother and young man who brought creativity, honesty and sensitivity to the world. He possessed a strong connection to the ocean, an artistic eye and a willingness to share the most vulnerable parts of his life in hopes of helping others.

Presley is survived by his parents, Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, and his sister, Kaia Gerber. His family has requested privacy as they mourn this heartbreaking loss.

Information concerning funeral or memorial services has not been publicly announced.

Presley Gerber’s life ended far too soon. However, his creativity, courage and willingness to speak openly about mental health will remain an important part of his legacy. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, colleagues and the many people touched by his story.
