Sharon Lynn Fogarty - Obituary

Those who knew Sharon often described them as It is with heavy hearts, but also with peace in knowing she is no longer suffering, that we share the passing of our beloved mom, Sharon Lynn Fogarty, who passed away peacefully on 10/27/26, surrounded by love. Mom was a loving, strong and devoted woman whose family and friends meant the world to her. She was blessed with a large and beautiful family, including children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and the joy of meeting her first great-great-grandson. She leaves behind a lifetime of memories and a legacy of love that will continue through all of us. After losing our sister, Kelly Drake in January of 2025 and then dad, William Fogarty in April 2025, Mom carried on with courage and strength. In her final days, she was able to remain at her new home in Arizona. We are so grateful that we could be by her side, hold her hand, talk to her, pray with her, and remind her how deeply she was loved. Her faith was important to her, and we were blessed that she received the comfort and blessing of the Church and her final sacraments. There will be no formal funeral service. Instead, we ask that you remember Mom in your own way- a prayer, a kind thought, of a memory of the woman she was and the love she gave to those around her. She will be deeply missed, forever loved, and always remembered..
