In Loving Memory

Timothy "Timmy" O'Hare passed away on the morning of September 18th, 2024. Born on March 22nd, 1961, to Joseph O'Hare Senior and Margaret Biddle O'Hare, Timmy was the youngest of seven siblings. He grew up surrounded by his large family.

Timmy's greatest joys in life included the beach, surfing, biking, and most importantly, his family. Timmy was truly a generous soul who loved to spoil, bring happiness to, and spend quality time with his many, many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins. He resided in Ocean City, New Jersey for many years of his life, where most members of his family had houses and vacations. He took great pleasure in visiting his family in the summers, and was happiest surrounded by his nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews. Many members of his family have fond memories of boardwalk, bike rides, Fourth of July fireworks, porch conversations, and surfing with Timmy.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joseph O’Hare, Senior, and Margaret Biddle O’Hare, along with his brothers, Joseph O’Hare Junior, and Brian O'Hare Senior. He was also predeceased by his nephew, Patrick O'Hare.

Timmy is survived by his remaining four siblings, Maureen O’Hare Cleland, Denise O'Hare McMullen, Dierdre O'Hare Downham, Colin O’Hare, and their partners.

His legacy lives on through his large clan of nieces and nephews their partners, and their children: his great nieces, and great nephews, all of whom loved him dearly and found companionship and fun in their "uncle Tim" although he had an abundance of nieces and nephews, he always remembered their exact interest interests, ages, and favorite things.

Those who knew him, knew that Timmy's life was marked by many hardships. Despite this, he was greatly loved, and had a profound impact on all that he met. We very much wish his story ended differently, and we expected many more years and happy summers with him. Timmy, you will be missed dearly by all around you and we will watch for you in the sunsets at the beach.
