Tina Winkler (Scopin) of Leonardtown MD, Born in Hyattsville MD. Passed away on January 4th, 2026. She is survived by her spouse of 38 years JC Winkler, sons Kevin and Justin Winkler, Grandsons Carl Metzger and Ridge Winkler; Her Sisters Margarita Penn, Mary Scopin. She was Preceeded in death by her children Kimberly Winkler and Baby Boy; Her Parents, Carl Eugune Scopin Sr and Shirley Scopin as well as her brother Carl Jr.
Tina Enjoyed Helping others and gathering with family and friends. Her Hobbies included playing Bingo and spending time outside in the summer.
She is survived by many family and friends.
