William Earl Ramsel

Husband to Georgia Lillian Hoke (Bell) for 67 years, Step-Father to Mary Ruth Francis, Elizabeth Ann Novotny, Lorraine Mae Long. Served his country in The U. S. Navy. A quiet, respected man who was devoted to his wife, Georgia. He fished almost every day as a young man and continued to fish in adulthood. He was an only child. He was proud of the fact that he played "the Pedal Steel". A fact not known by many. He retired from The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company working swing shifts all his life. He enjoyed his retirement and played on his computer, and smoked cigars quitting after the death of his beloved Georgia. He resided at Oakcrest until his death from CHF.
