Bill leaves behind his beloved wife of 31 years, Nancy Garrison, and their two cherished daughters, Susan and Sarah. He was a loving father and husband whose warmth, wisdom, and unwavering support touched the lives of all who knew him.
Born on July 26 1955 in San Diego Bill lived a life centered on family, faith, and quiet acts of kindness. He will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of his family and friends.
