Yim Chee Leung was born on October 9, 1926 in Guangdong, China. After the war she immigrated to the United States in 1953. For the next 30 years she and her husband worked in the garment district in New York City. Following her retirement, she relocated to Sacramento, CA. She passed away peacefully on March 23, 2025. Survived by her two sons (Tommy and Peter), granddaughter (Victoria) and sister (Ngar Lai). Her remains will be interred in Evergreen Cemetery, Brooklyn, New York.
